Job Summary NetApp is seeking an experienced Director, Legal to serve as the senior legal business partner for our Go-to-Market, Public Cloud, Marketing, and Customer Success organizations. In this role, you will provide strategic, business-oriented legal guidance that enables growth while managing risk across a global, partner-driven, cloud-enabled technology business. This role reports to the Vice President, Field Legal and includes people leadership responsibility for a team of four U.S.-based attorneys. You will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Partners, Marketing, Customer Support, Professional Services, Finance, Deal Desk, and other cross-functional teams. This is a U.S.-based hybrid role located in RTP, Vienna (VA), or San Jose (CA), and may require occasional travel. What You'll Do

The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
